Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs. chicken tenders
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, smashed
- Olive oil, generous amount
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a bowl add chicken tenders and all seasonings and add a generous amount of olive oil and then toss to coat. Cover and marinate in fridge for 3-6 hours.
- Cook chicken as you desire, such as in a 450F oven for 12 minutes or grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until done.
