Baja Fish Tacos with Chipotle Sauce

I keep experimenting with sauce for fish tacos (attempt 1, attempt 2, and attempt 3). I found this one at epicurean.com, and it’s is a winner!

Chipotle Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. mayo
  • 2 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 TBSP chipotles in adobo
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.

Fish Taco Ingredients and Assembly:

  1. Flour or corn tortillas
  2. Fish prepared however you want (frozen fillets, fresh grilled etc.)
  3. Tomatoes, chopped
  4. Grated cheese
  5. Avocado, chopped
  6. Chipotle Sauce
  7. Cilantro, chopped
