Chipotle Vinaigrette Dressing

From Chipotle.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 TBSP honey
  • 3 TBSP chipotle peppers
  • 1/2 TBSP salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a small blender cup (in the order above) and blend until smooth.
