Thai Peanut Sauce

Recipe adapted from Midwest Foodie.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 TBSP rice wine vinegar
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. ginger paste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, as desired
  • Black pepper, as desired
  • Water to thin, as needed

Directions:

  1. Add soy sauce through black pepper to a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth and creamy (or blend in a blender).
  2. Add water to reach desired consistency.
