Recipe from Platings and Parings.
Ingredients:
- 4 c. bread, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a bowl mix add the ingredients and toss to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then spread the bread mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Once cool store in airtight container.
