Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

- 1 tsp. lemon zest<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 2 tsp. lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 1 garlic clove, minced and smashed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 2 TBSP olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 1\/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, microplaned <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 5-6 oz. arugula<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 2-3 radishes (or other veggies), sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Parmesan cheese cheese, microplaned to serve<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Fresh cracked pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Fresh basil (or any herbs), chopped to serve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

- In a large salad serving bowl, add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and garlic and let sit for a few minutes. Then stir in the olive oil and parmesan cheese. Add the arugula and radishes (or any other veggies you like), and toss thoroughly to dress the greens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Top with more parmesan, fresh cracked pepper, and herbs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
