Recipe adapted from the Food Nanny.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. verde enchilada sauce
  • 1 TBSP dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/3 c. cilantro
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • Pickled jalapeno juice, to taste (about 1 TBSP)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender; taste and adjust seasoning.
