Recipe adapted from Buns in My Oven.
Ingredients:
- 1 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 lemons juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 (to 1 1/2) tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid.
- Shake the jar to combine.
